Summer Concerts & Festivals

Take in a show while enjoying our signature luxury hospitality this summer at Hotel Crescent Court! The concert calendar in Dallas is, as usual, absolutely studded with such big-name acts as Shania Twain, appearing July 21st at the Dos Equis Pavilion, and Parliament-Funkadelic, bringing the retiring George Clinton to his last Dallas show on August 5th at The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory.

 

Labor Day Weekend, meanwhile, sees the 6th annual Riverfront Jazz Festival, presented by the Black Academy of Arts & Letters, come to the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center September 1st through the 3rd. Proceedings get underway on Friday with Remembering Tina Turner! A Musical Salute. Performers at this year’s festival include:

Outdoor Activities

Take a jog or a bike ride on the 3.5-mile Katy Trail (the southern trailhead for which is less than a mile from our luxury hotel), stroll the paths of the Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Gardens, or launch a stand-up paddleboard or kayak out onto the waters of White Rock Lake.

 

A mere 10 miles south of Downtown Dallas, meanwhile, you can pay a visit to the Trinity River Audubon Center and enjoy the biggest urban forest in the nation: the bottomland majesty of the 6,000-acre Great Trinity Forest.
