Ranging in size from 865 to 1,160 square feet, these luxurious suites offer separate living and sleeping quarters. In the bedroom, enjoy a king bed and work area. A TV mounted on each side of the media console separates the bedroom from a generous living space. Spread out in style in the living room, featuring custom furnishings with a sectional sleeper sofa, chairs, coffee table, and a dining table for six. The floor to ceiling windows offer sweeping views of the garden courtyard or city. The upscale bath features a marble bathroom, lighted vanity, freestanding soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.

Ranging in size from 900 to 1,225 square feet, these bi-level newly-renovated suites features a generous first floor living room. This popular, residential-style suite comes in both a bi-level & single-level floorplan, ranging in size from 1,485 to 1,725 square feet. Both configurations feature hardwood floors, spacious dining & living areas, a powder room, a king bedroom & a marble bath. The one-level suites feature a kitchenette, while the two-story suites offer full kitchens and 18-foot ceilings.

Standing at 2,275 square feet, the Texas suite is a two-bedroom, bi-level suite with a first floor living area and upstairs bedrooms, as well as a bonus room upstairs. Residential in styling, this fully-renovated suite offers custom furnishings, including a sectional sleeper sofa, roomy arm chairs, a coffee table, and a work desk area. The fully-equipped kitchen opens to a private dining room for six that boasts a stunning mid-century modern style chandelier. The master bedroom offers a four-poster canopy king bed, a spacious walk-in closet and a generous bathroom with a large dual vanity, a freestanding soaking tub and a dual head, walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a king bed, a walk-in shower and lighted vanity area for two. An additional bonus room is arranged as a studio, but can accommodate guests if desired. This suite has two connecting rooms.

Our largest suite stands an impressive 3,035 square feet and offers all the comforts of home. Guests are greeted with a spacious entry foyer, sweeping spiral staircase and powder room. The living room features custom furnishings throughout, including a sofa, chairs and coffee table with floor-to-ceiling picture windows overlooking the garden courtyard. A working fireplace is ideal for cool nights, and a Grand Piano is ideal for in-suite entertainment. The den offers a large work desk area and comfortable sitting area with a 55-inch flat-screen TV and Bose sound system. The dining room comfortably seats eight guests and adjoins the fully-equipped kitchen. Upstairs, the master suite features a king bed and luxurious marble bathroom with soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The dressing area features a lighted vanity area and generous master closet. The guest room offers one king bed and a marble bathroom with a soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, lighted vanity, dressing area and oversized walk-in closet. The Grand Presidential may optionally connect to as many as two Loft Suites, enabling the suite to expand to up to four total bedrooms.
