The Hotel Crescent Court Mother’s Day Brunch menu is downright fit for royalty (and isn’t the special somebody at the center of the day in question essentially royalty?). The seafood station alone will be worth writing home about, with its Gulf shrimp, smoked salmon, shucked oysters, and other delicacies. It comes supported by the carving station (loaded with irresistibles such as braised crispy pork belly and house-cured pastrami), waffle and omelet stations, and the resplendent Signature Station, featuring Kaffir Lime Crab Cake Benedict paired with rosewater hollandaise and cured uni.

Breakfast items will range from fresh-baked mini-pastries to French coast, while the Texas Cheese Display, showing off top-tier goods from local artisan cheesemakers, will amaze eye and taste buds alike. There’s even a kid-specific buffet to ensure younger diners are happy campers indeed.

Have we mentioned the desserts yet? It’s going to be hard not to dive directly into that cherry-on-top course, given such offerings as the Pomegranate & Champagne Opera Cake, Chocolate Pecan Tart, and Lemon & Poppy Seed Gateaux, among others.
