Hotel Policies

HOTEL FIREARM POLICY

Pursuant to Section 30.06, penal code (trespass by license holder with a concealed handgun), a person licensed under Subchapter H, Chapter 411, government code (handgun licensing law), may not enter this property with a concealed handgun.
Pursuant to Section 30.07, penal code (trespass by license holder with an openly carried handgun), a person licensed under Subchapter H, Chapter 411, government code (handgun licensing law), may not enter this property with a handgun that is carried openly.

RATES AND TAXES

Rates are in US Dollars and are subject to change and based on availability. Rates are subject to 15% tax, including 2% Dallas Tourism Public Improvement Reimbursement Fee. 

PARKING

Overnight valet is available for $60 plus tax (with in & out privileges) & self parking is available through an independent provider, hourly with a maximum of $25 per night (no in & out privileges). *Effective June 1, 2024: Overnight Valet Parking Rates will increase to $65 plus tax. 

DESTINATION FEE

There is a $30 (plus tax) nightly destination fee for all rooms. This fee covers: use of the The Spa at The Crescent facilities, outdoor pool, fitness center, complimentary group exercise classes, complimentary guestroom wi-fi, complimentary morning coffee service in the lobby and access to The Crescent Club. 

AGE REQUIREMENT

Guests must be a minimum 21 or older to reserve and occupy a room. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

 Spa at The Crescent- The Spa welcomes guests that are 18 or older.  We do allow minors accompanied by an adult to receive Salon services; however they cannot use the wet areas or receive Spa services.  Resort guests must be 16 years old to use the Fitness Center.

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel reservations, guests must contact the hotel 24 hours prior to arrival for rooms, and no less than 48 hours prior to arrival for suites. Exceptions may apply based on special event dates.

PAYMENT METHODS

Reservations must be guaranteed by credit card: Amex, Visa, MC, DC or DS

CHECK IN / OUT

Check-in: 4:00 p.m., Check-out: 12:00 noon.

GUEST ROOM OCCUPANCY

Only registered guests are allowed keyed access to the guestrooms. 

PET POLICY

Pets accepted; a minimum $150 non-refundable fee per visit.

ALCOHOL POLICY

Texas Alcoholic and Beverage Commission prohibits alcohol being brought on premise. All alcohol must be purchased through Hotel Crescent Court.

SMOKE-FREE POLICY

Hotel Crescent Court maintains a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not allowed in guestrooms or suites. If this policy is violated, a minimum fee of $250 will be charged.

POOL POLICY

The Pool is open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm and is reserved for Hotel guests, Crescent Club members, and/or Resort Pass holders only. Visitors are not allowed at the pool even with a hotel guest present. Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times. There is no lifeguard present.

PHOTOSHOOT POLICY
